Section 1 - Made-to-Order Production

By completing a purchase with Conquest Koi, you acknowledge and agree that our items are custom-manufactured on demand. Production processes start shortly after order placement, meaning orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production.

Section 2 - Customer Specifications

You are entirely responsible for ensuring all sizing selections, garment colors, and design variants are correct at checkout. We cannot provide replacements or refunds for mistakes made during ordering, including incorrect size choices. Please consult our sizing guides before purchasing. 

Section 3 - Precision Craftsmanship & Variations

We utilize premium-grade materials and stabilization methods to ensure structural integrity and embroidery longevity. Because our designs are intricately stitched over several hours, minor individual variations can occur. These characteristics reflect the bespoke craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.
