Production & Dispatch Lead Times

Because we do not carry pre-made stock, every garment is individually embroidered to your specifications.

Standard custom production and processing takes up to 14 days before dispatch.

We do not shortcut our structural design time, so complex embroidery pieces may utilize the full production window. 

Shipping and Deliveries

Once your item finishes production, it is handed over to our shipping couriers.

UK Deliveries: Estimated transit times generally take between 1-5 business days post-dispatch.You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is shipped.

High order values will be shipped with Royal mail special delivery up to £750 compensation 

All parcels will be fully insured.
